Please include a description of the issue and at least one photograph, and we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds if the issue concerns personal taste. Our Organic Sea Moss Gel is a tasteless product, although all our offerings contain a mild hint of the sea. If the flavor of the sea does not appeal to you, we respectfully suggest that our products may not be the right fit.

If you decide to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you inform us before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
